Traffic recon: smooth sailing on SB Blvd.
All American Asphalt Co. has begun work on the resurfacing project for Seal Beach Boulevard between Bolsa Avenue and Adolfo Lopez Drive. At midday today, I drove the route on my return from the Seal Beach Farmers Market Grand Opening (more about that soon). A small crew has one freeway-bound lane closed for a few hundred feet while they did shoulder prep. Traffic moved easily around the workers. There were no delays.
