Seal Beach trail project back on track
From the Orange County Register: “City officials have received the green light from the state to move forward with a nearly $3 million project to revamp the area where the San Gabriel River meets the ocean at First Street.” The San Gabriel River Trail Rehabilitation project was delayed the state budget crisis.
