LB transit hub makes it easier to get around
This week, the city of Long Beach debuted its new $3.9 million Transit and Visitors Center at First Street and Pine Avenue downtown. The transportation hub offers customer service windows and tourist information, and serves bus routes from Metro, Long Beach Transit, Torrance Transit, LADOT and OCTA. “We are finally becoming a city where you can actually choose your mode of transportation,” says Long BeachCouncilwoman Suja Lowenthal.
