Pier group: JR lifeguards get some air
Ten-year-old Carly Feckley is seen here on Friday making her first Seal Beach Pier jump of the summer. Carly is one of more than 200 kids ages 9 to 17 enrolled in the Seal Beach Junior Lifeguard Program, which lasts for seven weeks on the beach.
