In Long Beach, it’s a very puppy Halloween

Update: Duane Uyeda sent us the nice photos in the slideshow above. “Wow, I’ve never been to one of these events, and all I can say is it was incredible to see how many get behind this! Owners and dogs all dressed up, and some in very elaborate and intricate costumes,” he writes. Thanks so much for taking SBD along @iDuano!
